Responsibilities:
- Identifying what goods, services, or works are needed by the company
 - Collaborate with team members to ensure the specifications and expectations of the company.
 - Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
 - Reviewing, comparing, and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
 - Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best deal.
 - Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
 - Preparing and managing purchase orders in accordance with the company’s needs and budget.
 - Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
 - Managing relationships with suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts/PO.
 - Reviewing and managing the company’s procurement strategy.
 - Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policy.
 - Maintaining and updating supplier database.
 - Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks in procurement process.
 
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field. Any professional certifications in procurement are added advantage.
 - Minimum 4 years of experience as a procurement officer.
 - Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
 - Talent in negotiations and networking.
 - Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
 - Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
 - Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
 - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 - BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
