Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, department managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Follow up the test and inspection schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of project works.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment on-site.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as Site Engineer.
• Water pipeline type projects experience is ESSENTIAL
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
